Gurudas College, established in 1956,[1] is an undergraduate college in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. It is affiliated with the University of Calcutta.[2] The name commemorates the legacy of Sir Gurudas Banerjee, the first Indian vice-chancellor of the University of Calcutta.

The teaching staff is best in this college..you need no personal tutor for your study , but they are very much strict .moreover this is a best college for b.sc and m.sc degree courses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office Staffs are not cooperative at all. Being an alumni, I visited campus today for collecting my graduation certificate. I don't know the person's name , he generally sits at the left most corner of the office. That particular person didn't know the behaviour at all. He refused to provide me pen for documentation purpose. I have never expected such unprofessional, horrible behaviour from stuffs of my college. Kindly ask them do management course and help them to learn proper behaviour, etiquette which needs to be followed in a professional environment.
For me, I never expected such behaviour from my college where I spent 3 years.
