★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is divided into two floors. On ground floor Apparel's are available for women's and girls. This section is completely dedicated to tons of varieties for women and college going young girls. On the same level of ground floor you will also find shops such as lifestyle or reliance trend but the collection in H&M is different from these two stores and seems so fresh which is not available in other two stores.
On lower ground floor is the section for mens. You may reach mens section from either outside or inside the store. Men's section has less varieties in comparison to women's section yet you may find fresh arrivals at every section of the store.
If you are looking for offers or discounts, H&M is not your cup of tea. They normally don't offer much discounts but depending on your luck you may find offer's here aswell once in a while.
Rest you may find out on your own. Worth giving a visit if you plan to go to phoenix mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very big chain of clothing and fashion. There are very large departments of women, men and children and a great deal of accessories. The store is located in the Phoenix Mall in the Kurle neighborhood of Mumbai. The store is very neat and clean. Excellent service of the nice staff

The company was founded by Erling Persson in 1947, when he opened his first shop in Västerås, Sweden. The shop, called Hennes (Swedish for "hers"), exclusively sold women's clothing. A store was opened in Norway in 1964. In 1968, Persson acquired the hunting apparel retailer Mauritz Widforss in Stockholm, which led to the inclusion of a menswear collection in the product range and the name change to Hennes & Mauritz.
The company was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1974. Shortly after, in 1976, the first store outside Scandinavia opened in London.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst customer service experience & this behaviour of your staff is very usual these days @ many of the mumbai outlets. Especially staff @ the fitting & or changing room are very arrogant & despite of contacting customer service team there’s no positive action taken so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a really good place to shop but I am afraid that's not the case off late. You will end up spending less time picking things to try on but spend almost double the time waiting for the line outside their fitting room and even more time (maybe 30mins) waiting at the billing counter. The service staff at the billing counter is not helpful making it a nightmare to shop here. Better avoid. The brand needs to check on the management at this store.

Return/exchange process is pretty simple.
I think they need to restock designs that sell faster coz it's always an issue if you r working in the day time by the time u reach .. it's all out of stock.

They offer such a nice quality and options for mens, kids and women.I often buys my wife clothes from H& M and online too
and the prices are very reasonable even staff is very supportive and decent.I never face any trouble to exchange the article or return.I always walk out of the store happily.
The quality of to clothes is awesome and I know it a lot.All of us bought many clothes. The rate as it is too good .
