★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two blazers and a trouser. Since that needed alteration, I was asked to collect it the next day. The next day, I had sent someone to pick it up for me. The shameless creatures at M&S, just put the crushed blazer and trouser in a paper bag and handed it over. They did not even bother to iron it or even put it in a hanger or bag. Tried calling on the given numbers but even that is of no use. No one answers the call. Shameful. After spending 17000, this is what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I somehow find the collection at R city mall better...could be completely personal choice...another thing that i dislike the most is only 1 trial room for such a big store.. should have more..looking at the long queue! Otherwise M&S as a brand is very good..i have been a loyal customer since it launch in India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb spread and collection. Also reasonably priced. There is some discount sale going on most of the year. Separate floors for gents and ladies. Good courteous staff. Try to go on week days during odd hours for best choice and service. You also get discount coupons for next purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was pathetic ,i have buyed one piece which is now damage and from two month i am following for this same but the service is seriously pathetic .and they were just doing time pass sending the mail pictures and after 2 months they are telling me they will not help me .self visited the shop and showed my one piece to the staff but they are not helpings me for my query.

My experience at other stores has been great except for the outlet at Phoenix Market City, Kurla.
Here's my story about 2 star experience with this supposed to be a 5 star brand.
It was Friday evening around 8 PM and I really wanted a new jeans which I was planning to wear it then and there itself whilst getting rid of my formal pants. I hit this store, first thing that I asked was, would the alteration be done sooner, as in within next 30-45 minutes? The salesman promised 20 minutes. I selected one and billed it.
At the checkout counter, Salesman was like, Sir Sir Sir... You are loyal member et al. I'll give you a call ASAP, like in 20 odd minutes. I said I'll be in food court waiting for your call. Definitely Sir. The moment payment was done, i was handed a pickup receipt and was told to pick that up from a different counter. I confirmed, would you give me a call? Yes. Definitely.
I trusted that fellow and went onto meet my friend in the food court without worrying about the store closure time, because I was assured about the call. Since I never received a call until 9 PM, i went back to the store only to see all shutters down. False promise, zero care once the sale was done.
Had he not over-promised me about the call, I would've stayed diligent about the time and would've checked-in on time for picking up my altered jeans but it was my mistake that I trusted the salesman.
I eventually picked up my jeans 3 days later but I never ever received a call/email about pending pickup. Once the sale is over, no one gives a damn!!
Long story short, trust no salesman, however trustworthy and good the brand is!
