Went in today to buy a pair of jeans.
Went in wearing a very old and basic t shirt and Shorts and flipers. As it was a Sunday and was feeling was feeling lazy to dress up, little did I know that it will affect the customer service I will get so much, these guys did not bother to approach me and ask for my requirements. Infact when I asked a Service Representative to help me out he completely ignored me all and all they were just reclutant to help me out as they thought I was not gonna shell out much or probably would not buy anything. They were all busy helping the ladies and gentlemen who were all dressed up. I always looked at Levi's as a brand which was a symbol of resistance, defiance and non discrimination. But after this horrible buying experience I ll probably have to think again. I ended up buying 11k worth of stuff at Vans next door. Now I am not bragging about how much I spent but. But to make you understand you probably lost a chunck of days business just because of the approach. May be it's not of much significance but, you did lose it to a competitor.
