If anything new in samsung comes ull get the first demo here , so if u r looking for anything in samsung u must visit this place, helpfull staff, proper service . Yaa due to covid situation some products demo was not available on time ,otherwise i have always seen the demo at this place, so do visit if u r a samsung fan...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I visited the place to checkout the new Z series of both Fold and the Flip.
Absolutely loved the black colour of the Fold missed seeing the black colour of the flip and thank god for that else I'd have ended up binge buying the phone.
Also saw the S21 ultra and
The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to easily identify the key differences between my existing Note 20 Ultra vs the other devices.
Had I been looking for a serious daily user the S21 series would have been apt, but the heart would always want a Fold even though It doesn't feel very practical especially when you have toddlers at home.
Perhaps when they come up with device that's IP 68 certified I'd give it a serious though to pick one up.
The covid protocols were followed, the staff was mask up always with sanitizers placed as soon as one enters the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store on 13th Nov'21 to buy Samsung smart watch 4. I was genuinely interested in buying the product and just needed some assistance to understand the product features better. The salesperson was least interested in showing the product despite I being only one of the two customers in the store. He just showed me where watch 4 was kept and walked away. When I requested him to explain me the features, he just spared hardly 30 seconds explaining it and then asked me to look up the features online. If that is what I wanted to do, why visit the store in the first place? Why doesn't Samsung shut down all its offline stores?
Never expected this kind of service from Samsung stores. They seriously need to look into their sales rep. It is better to visit Croma and buy products from there.
