Adding to the previous review-
So next day I realized that I bought the wrong earphones and I had to ask them to exchange it. As per their rules, It cudnt be done bt still they got necessary approvals from their store head and helped me out. Excellent service. !!!!

Never buy Anything From Croma Store
They will Never Help You after Buying the product From them
From last more than 15 days I am visiting the service centre ... And I brought this laptop just 15 days ago and Croma Store is not ready to help me out they just delay there works they always say we are sending we are doing but they don't anything.
