They have latest designs with good quality and the store is quite presentable. Had a great time being there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoot shop fellow cheated and did fraud, I have purchased screen gard of Rs. 3500 for my mobile, he sold me duplicate product that he accepted after a month, when I asked him to return my money, he refused. Neither he providing service nor he return money.
Customer please be aware and not to buy any mobile accessories from Zoot shop which is located in Phoenix Marketcity,Unit F 35A, LBS Rd, Kamani, Kurla West, Mumbai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While selling the products they will talk so nicely and when it comes to service they will make excuses. They sold me phone screen gaurd. While applying screen gaurd there where few bubbles. But they said it will go while charging and all and gave garuntee for the same. But when I came back as the bubbles where still there and screen gaurd costed me 2000. They started asking for bill when asked to check there Database they made excuses of backend availablity. Bad service.

Pathetic service...you buy high value screen guard which gets damages within a week and then while selling they assure you of quality and life time warranty but don't say that replacement will cost 236 rs
Guys better to purchase fromm ocal store. All great reviews given are either relatives of employees or employees themselves.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. VERY POOR PRODUCTS AND PATHETIC AFTER DALE SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOR WITH CUSTOMER.

Go anywhere but this place. I bought a scratch guard for my phone from this shop and in less than 12 hours it broke into pieces. this is a genuine concern. I paid about Rs. 1799/- for this product and when I spoke to the person over there he was extremely rude and asked me to come there and give them Rs.200/- for the defact in the product and for replacement.

Absolutely pathetic attitude while serving customers, just try to oversell products at extravagant costs and have zero courtesy. I bought a screen protector for my Galaxy S10 for 1499/- and guess what? It came off within 24 hours. I did not even bother requesting them for a refund after reading reviews on Google, since it only confirmed my doubts on their services. That is the extent to which I was disappointed, and that's coming from someone who likes to see the greener side normally. Do a favour for yourself and stay away. Really, don't even bother to come near this store! Hope more people don't fall victim to this disaster of a place :')
