★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes of course are good. The over all customer service and the staff of hm really is the worst I’ve ever seen. Also since when do H&M started asking people to fold the clothes after trying ?? And it’s ok if customers fold the clothes.. but do you guys even take efforts to fold them when the purchase is made? They just put it in a bag like it’s trash and give it you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff in the ladies trial room are asking the customers to take off the hangers from the clothes themselves and to then reverse the clothes after trying them while returning. Then what’s the point of the staff?? They’re asking customers to do what THEY are supposed to. Sigh
