★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional. It took 8 days for them to clean my printer and replace cartridge. They never respond to calls nor would they call back. And if you pay by credit card, they will charge an additional 2% of the invoice value.
NEVER EVEN TRY THIS PLACE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them on a weekend so they promised me as they will come on monday. From morning i kept calling them they told me like he is on the way. Again i called them at 8 pm still he told me its traffic thats why am coming late on my way etc.. but at last he texted me like sorry mam we will come tommorow. He could have told that earlier. Poor customer service. Please try to keep your words.

They said it was a huge amount but when they went to habits system they fabricated it and only cost me a small amount. Thanku habits systems ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service. they update service status through sms and mail also with estimate of service prize, it's very useful us.I give my lap to some other service center in bangalore, they said it's a board issue and its price is 6500, but in here they are very genuine ,they tell me the what's the exact problem and finally they fixed my lap in 2450. Now my lap is in good condition.

I went here after reading the reviews on Google but DO NOT GO TO THEM.
1. Highly unprofessional - Joyson promised to give my laptop the very next day(9th August at 4pm) I had to leave for hostel. I was incredibly pleased - they even sent sms and email update. But, I had to call incessantly (no updates from their end). My laptop was finally given on 10th August 6pm.
2. Irresponsible - broken laptop received - either in their transit from their jayanagar office (which is where the repairs and done - they will not tell you this btw) or while fixing my laptop, they broke it!!!
They conveniently forgot my wifi USB receiver, had to go back to their office for this.
My laptop is fixed temporarily at least. But this is the worst experience I have ever had.
