Decent services they give for renovation of my home. Teams will listen to all my queries patiently and responsive for clarifications. Gave good design inputs for renovation of existing plans. Their ops team follows up with the relevant contracting teams and try to complete the work at the earliest possible time.

I had signed a contract with 100 krafts about an year ago for my Kitchen work. The head of the company Ravi Roshan promised that the work will be delivered to me exactly in a timeframe of 2 months but it has been almost a year and the work is still not complete. I was promised better lights and what i received was just some big head lights on the kitchen roof. The materials have started to wear out as well. The quote for the project was changed in every 15 days increasing the amount by 15-20K each time. The supervision was never properly done. They charged me almost 5.5 lacs for a very poor service. I had to keep calling the company people to know about the advancements but they never bothered telling me what exactly was going on. Adding to my last nights review. i have got whatsapp messages from both Ravi Roshan and Rimjhim threatening me that they would inform the lawyer about my review and make a call to my company's HR. I would like to add screenshots where Rimjhim has herself accepted that the quotes were revised several times. The team did not do any supervision and apart from spending huge amounts they still back out to inform me where exactly my money went and when will they complete the project. Rimjhim left the group and Ravi said he would get a lawyer against me. PLEASE NEVER EVER HIRE THEM FOR ANY KIND OF WORK.

Damages and failed deliverables by these burglar-1 These people are very sweet to you while finalizing the deal, well I haven't chosen this 100Krafts, We were introduced by "Mansionly" another burglar. With many dreams towards my first home and the divine place they made it a nightmare for me. In this home now day and night just I'm thinking why they played with our feelings, emotions, money, time and health. I had already informed them I'm diabetic patient so don't give me any stress during the execution, well these cheaters not only cheated with money, threatened us, creating a situation and harrassed and suffered in panic sleepless nights, high bp and sugar. I have cried infinite times after giving a contract to these both so called "Interior Designer" companies. I'm cursing you each and every moment the way you cheated us. God will punish you badly, Karma is here only. Whenever we have raised our voice and shut our mouth by threatening, we will remove labors from the apartment and will stop work by Sapna. I have paid "Mansionly" - 177000 for 3D design but this sales person while finalizing deal didn't inform us that they have a third party vendor who is 100Krafts going to execute. this blind trust disaster for me and devastated my dream home in a nightmare. If you are seeing positive reviews make sure you check their LinkedIn profile  most of are their employees, Carpenter-Aswini, Contractor-Aakash, etc...I'm saying today you have cheated us and don't worry you guys will be punished by God badly. Even after discussion on calls, whatsapp chat history, photos, mails these guys are the biggest liars not stick on their own words, manipulate and damage customers. They manipulate the entire BOQ and for the correction you have to fight with them with multiple proofs, they haven't executed the project as per the BOQ, 3D design, mentioned materials. They threatened during the project execution took extra money for the already paid items, 100 % payment not even 50% work done and not delivered the pending deliverables, damages. I have discussed my issues early during the execution and after that but there’s no resolution on damages and failed deliverables by Sapna. I have sent mails multiple times and didn't receive any response from them. We had issue related to water leakage in quartz and sink installed by your team, which damaged entire laminate and bottom wood as well , I told many times Quartz work was not proper but still it was overlooked and not monitored while working, this happened and started very early by Sapna while installing quartz, we have now poor laminate coming out and damaged wood during this all, also quartz material purchase and work done is over paid for my work and delivered extra to other sites from our site during this, Taken extra money for Kitchen Quartz and Stolen in absence of our knowledge entered in our Apartment with Tempo and did entry at security as  Owner in late evening. I noticed this and communicated to Sapna very early, she said this material is for another site delivered to us. There were a lot of trust issues after lock down. - They had manipulated quotations multiple times and lots of miscalculation - Kitchen Quarts already paid in advance Rs.74000 not purchased on time and after lockdown took extra money from us Rs 14600, Total Rs. 89000 (Stolen in absence of our knowledge entered in our Apartment with Tempo and did entry at security as  Owner in late evening.)- Sink was damaged while fixing by your team and changed with new by me , damaged sink price not refunded- Living room wallpaper not installed , Rs 150 / sqr feet (150 * 160 sqr feet) worth of Rs. 24000 not installed- Sliding Shutter Unit not as per Final BOQ and 3D Model, used simple laminate instead of Customized Wallpaper and it looks worse. – Manipulated Price Rs87,050 Base unit was already there in first quotation but increased in final sign off quotation  to-1,09,625+18%Tax- Damaged laminate of skirting, junked door hinges and internal wood (utility, kitchen and bathroom) within in 15 days(Attached drafted continue review)

we have hired 100 Krafts to get interiors done for our home in Sobha Dream Acres, Bangalore. This review is based on 75% completion of their work. - They had committed 45 days for doing the interiors and they seem close to the timeline for getting the work done - The finishing of kitchen, wardrobe and TV unit so far looks good. Hoping the end product turns out really nice. - Co-ordination with 100 Krafts (Sai whose been our rep) has been easy all along
