★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here firstly over call they will inform you about existing offers but when it’s time for you to pay they change there statement this is still ok, but the staff make fun of the clients as soon as they leave and lastly they will not care about your grooming but will ask you to do many things no matter if it will damage your skin or hair plus also be aware about what product you buy from them it will be half bottle and when you buy from market you will understand the difference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place and we have been there many times in the past.. however yesterday when my wife been there for haircut she had to come back because if the low professionalism there. First she had to wait and after about 30 minutes she was told that the technician will be late and will take another 1 hour.. to which my wife asked why was this not informed as soon as she entered the salon. More than that there was no apology for this delay. Morever the staff was busy discussing the TV show. It was simply waste if time. I'm sure of Kokila would have been present we would not been faced with this situation. She is highly professional. Hope this feedback will better the experience of others.. thank u
