★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed albeit the manager is very friendly and helpful. I opted for a mani pedi and facial threading. The girl who did my mani pedi was very rough during the cuticle cutting and she hurt two of my fingers by cutting the cuticle too deep. They bled for a good 15 mins and I was in pain for two days as my cuticles were exposed while eating or washing hand washing. While applying nail paint, she did not shake the bottle at all (despite repeated reminders from me) which resulted in a blotchy nail paint job as the nail paint was very thick. I took it off as soon as I got home. I won't be going back here. The technician needs to be more careful and enthusiastic while attending to clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star also more for there services. As they only need money they don't understand customer need.Worst salon I have ever seen.
On nearby app also on there board which is placed outside the shop advertisement was - in 499 rs. ( for men/ Women : hair spa , hair cut , hair wash , head massage ( 20 min ) , blast dry ) service has to provide .
I went there and started my service , immediately they asked for hair wash, and then haircut ( they informed its a basic haircut which where not mentioned on nearby term conditions also) , and i was surprised when they asked me for addition money i.e. 250rs for advance haircut.
In this scenario I have excluded Hair spa and finally I got only 2 services that is hair wash , haircut and blast dry ( massage also removed as it is included in spa lol ).
Haircut was worst , need to trended him again as people want good service and satisfaction.
He working like a fresher.
Also blast dry was also bad.
Suggestion : Kindly do that try there services as they want money and no good relationship with the customer.
Stella's - Do not play with some1s emotion as somewhere hairs pervious for someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I took a package from them and opted for facial,back polishing ,manicure and pedicure..though the mani pedi was average but i was very happy with the facial ,the massage which wqs given during the facial was one of the best massage. .very relaxing and back polishing was good too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a package through little apps. To my utter disappointment the girls at the parlour completed the four services in flat one hour. They just do pedicures and scrubs for name sake I guess, if one goes through discounted packages. Shear waste of ₹800. Also, for additional services I’d paid in cash. I was given a cash memo with 10% service charge. The cash memo had no GST number, it was not even an invoice. I wonder whether that service charge would really go to the government or is it meant to extract more from the customer.
In all a bad experience!

Their service has also improved and at this price point its amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provides fairly good service. I booked through mobile app and I was offered choice of 4 services. I was happy with face massage during facial. Rest of the services were just fine. Worth it if you get a good deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a month ago, I did bleach, facial, waxing, and threading by Poornima. She was excellent and professional at her work. The room's environment was quite comforting and relaxing. I really enjoyed their service and I would totally recommend this place.
