★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and nicely done. Some of the items listed on Menu were not available for ordering. Food was not excellent but good. May be they need improvement of taste of the food served.

Ambience is quite good.
Quality of food is ok.
Cons
Very limited options if you go for dinner or lunch.
Self service = no service , so purpose of outing failed when you are with family as you have to be in queue for ordering stuff and then to cook area , even if u need a water bottle , you need to follow the same process.
They dont server anything on table which is really a big Hassle.
If you need deserts after food , you need to move to another place and then again -payment-order-carry-eat process. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience and interior is great. But that's the only good thing. The food was too oily. Pao Bhaji was tasteless. You could only taste oil and garlic. On top of that, the food was delayed. Even after a full staff, there were too many people complaining of order delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional staff. Specially Mr. Nishant Tyagi. They took the order and after that informed us to wait for 30 min to deliver the order, as now after taking order they are out of GAS.
To our surprise they deliver partial order COMPLETELY COLD.
Adding more to it, they keep on arguing and justifying their misbehavior, specially Mr. Nishant Tyagi.
I will not recommend anyone to visit this place. Also, beware of their behavior and conversations.
Don't know How Haldiram provides them license.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service at Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad haldiram. They seems to be busy in their own world. Very slow service. Their namste doesn't match their service. When I ordered matar kulcha. The matar was served very cold. We couldn't eat the whole stuff. When we complained that in this winter why the matar is so cold. We got the reply that the matar is always eaten cold. We got an upset tummy. We remained disturbed whole night. This was when we ate only the partial portion. We left the dish. Disappointed.
