★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are excellent salesmen and truck load of tourists are brought there to buy their fare. They will convince you to buy everything in the shop from the wide variety they have. As for the quality of their products, they seem to be good but only time will tell. I understand that items sold by them are tax free since the Rajasthan Government has given them a tax waiver for sourcing their products from village communities. I found their prices quite expensive after comparing elsewhere but unfortunately we had made our purchases there. They also ship your purchases to your address free of cost. However, one word of caution here. They will promise you domestic shipment through Bluedart/Fedex but will ship through run of the mill logistics companies to maximise their revenue and this will keep you on tenterhooks till your high value purchases arrive at your door step. In hindsight, it would have been better to have hand carried our purchases just to avoid uncertainties, excruciating delays and unnecessary tension.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased 2 wooden chairs on 16th October and they have told me they will send them to me to England. I have the receipt, I paid for the shipping. Since that day I have sent many emails asking them to send me the name of the courier they sent my items with and the tracking number. However, I had no answer at all. My Indian friends tried many times to call the shop on the numbers provided on the receipt and there was never any answer. I am worried now if my items were truly sent to me. This is the only way I am hoping to get an answer from the shop managements. Please give me an email address and a phone number where I can contact you. Thank you. Violet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy anything from here if you wish to not waste your money. We bought a quilt set from the Amer branch and they told us they'd deliver it to us in Delhi within 5 days. As we don't live in India and have a flight to catch back home, we have been calling them every other day since to get an update on the delivery but till date we haven't been told what's happening with it and it's been 12 days already.
Poor customer service and they get annoyed when you call them to ask about something they committed to and you paid for. I have just assumed that my money has gone down the drain. Worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesri travels took us to this shop on 18th October 2018 and because of Kesari trust we bought a Quilt from the shop for 950 rs and sales person told us repeatedly that this will last for 5 years. To my surprise, within less than a month and one wash the quilt got torn and lumps were formed , have a look at the pics. Tired calling the phone numbers on Bill , as expected "number doesn't exist" . Informing this incident to Kesari travels too. How many stars should I give?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this shop on 22nd January 2022. We were good ven a demo by person about the famous block printing and the fast vegetable colours just outside. We were taken inside the shop and same person showed us famous Jaipur Rajai. We were given an impression that the price will be half of what is quoted and that we will have to authenticate the purchase by signing on receipt as government gives then 50% subsidy against it. We were told that one of the "All weather" rajai costed Rs. 9000/- which we purchased at Rs. 4500/-. We also purchased another jewellary item. Since we had spent lot of time we left the shop. Nobody took our signature anywhere.In evening at another corporation shop in Jaipur we saw same rajai at Rs.2850 which we did purchase. Our driver had actually warned us of higher price at this shop but alas we did fall prey it seems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Jaipur on Christmas Hollidays. Our taxi driver recommendeded this shop and took us there. There sales people talk very nicely. I bought a saree worth 1850/-. U cannot bargain there. They convince you that if anything happens to the saree they are ready to refund. After coming back to hotel, I just researched about this shop. Then I realized shopping scam in jaipur. Our taxi driver gets commission for taking us to this shop. The prices of the product are 5 times higher than local market. Please research before you go to this shop or any other shop suggested by your taxi or auto driver. The quality of the products are not at all good. And they do not refund also.
