★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience Pathetic While Booking We Where told for Volvo Bus And When We Boarded From Bhopal They Have Given Bus Volvo And From Indore To Ahmedabad They Have Given Normal Bus And was very bad condition told me LED will be there no one on LED in bus if u are not able to on led then what is the use of keeping LED in Ac bus better remove and sell in order to save money.
Even when we reach indore at around 9 pm another bus was 9.30 pm to ahmedabad when we asked why gap in between then he said its for fresh up we have given half hour but near by no restaurant nothing only pan parlour who used to sell only chips so have to adjust full night in chips and biscuit i said ok but when i had asked driver when u will stop for dinner he said we will stop at 11.45 pm at restaurant now imagine how family having kids and infant how they will mange till 11.45 pm and where they stop it was dhaba and toilets where so dirty and un clean and as well as worker type people where sitting no imagine how to eat with a family in that place... will never ever suggest hans travels.......to anyone

Recently ......they interchanged the passengers of two bus at 3 am in the cold morning ...due to permit issues...and they said its ac failures to both the passengers of the bus ...very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses are very old, making so much of noice. Pick-up and drop-off points at Ahmedabad and Ujjain are very different compare to any other travels. I would never suggest this travells

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The language and presentation of the staff at Varanasi is worst, using slangs and abusive words. they always charge rs 20 additional to the billed amount, and when asked for a receipt or invoice for the additional charge, they abuse and threaten. i complained on their website but still no action has been taken, i want a proper response from the company and refund for all my additional charges.
