★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirankumar was our real estate agent for the sale of our joint inherited property in Bengaluru in December 2021.His service was excellent. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He took the time to explain the process to us. Especially the nuances of dealing with real estate sale of a single property owned by two :a resident Indian ( my brother) and a NRI (me). The entire process was executed almost seamlessly. He worked tirelessly to get the necessary documents we had misplaced. He helped with obtaining a duplicate certificate of Death since the original was missing. During these difficult COVID times he had to go far, to delaminate some original documents. He knew I had a few weeks to complete the transaction. He worked hard and conscientiously to complete the process on time. On the day of registration of the sale, Kiran was so focused on completing the transaction, he worked from 9 AM to 9 PM without a break. When the buyer's banker forgot to obtain MOD ( memorandum of deposit of Title deed) to clear encumbrances, Kiran found a creative way to release the bankers draft to us. He represented us, the sellers ( my brother and I) and the buyer. Kiran is very pleasant to work with and helps us complete all the required documentations. He is willing to take that extra step to take you through a difficult process and he does it very professionally. It is my privilege to recommend him, without any hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I recently purchased 2bhk flat on Bannerghatta Road which belongs to my close friends Aunt and were assisted by Mr Narender Singh from Hanu Reddy Realty. An absolute gentlemen and very professional in all aspects. The situation was a bit tricky for us. The sellers are a lovely elderly couple who were based out of Chennai. Travelling back and forth was not a convenient option for them. Mr Singh from Hanu Reddy Realty, was engaged by the sellers to execute the sale deed registration formalities. Mr Singh's experience, knowledge,advise and assistance simplified the whole process for everyone involved. However, like in any other sale of property, we had to over come a few hurdles. One among the many hurdles worth mentioning was with regards to an issue with the seller's khatha at the BBMP office. Mr Singh got it resolved within 3 days which otherwise the BBMP officer was telling us they would take minimum of 20 days time to resolve the issue. It was very kind of Mr Singh to help us out with all of this even when we as buyers had not engaged with Hanu Reddy Realty . An honest, transparent gentleman with a great sense of humour. Everything seemed easy and simplified with him and the registration took place without any hassles.We would like to strongly recommend Narender Singh of Hanu Reddy Realty in future for our colleagues or friends for "professional real estate services"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up with Hanu Reddy Realty in late 2019, to market an apartment for sale in Sadashivnagar, Bengaluru. I was assigned a young, energetic, and personable agent, Kiran Kumar. Unfortunately the real estate market took a nose dive during Covid and things were quite dormant till late 2021. I was out of touch with what was happening in BLR in the interim, since I live overseas. However Kiran Kumar, being an excellent communicator, kept be abreast of developments with monthly calls. Recently he found me a buyer that met my criteria. Kiran worked with the buyer to get the required TDS payments made, and worked with the lawyers (buyer's and seller's) to get an acceptable Sale Agreement hammered out. The registration of the property was completed yesterday - 6 weeks from start to finish. Kiran's behind-the-scene workings made the process as smooth as real estate deals can go. Would I use the services of Hanu Reddy and Kiran Kumar again? You bet I will! I have worked with several other realtors during this period, and I found Kiran Kumar and Hanu Reddy to be head-and-shoulders above the rest.
