★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't even think to stay in this pg.Owner never care about even basic amenities, and once you pay your money he'll never refund it back not even security..he has police complaints as well against him.Water problem, electricity problem, they show that they provide power backup but that inverter doesn't take even this much load to switch on a light and don't forget to ask security guard and neighbours of this house D-40.

All the facilities are available here. I would suggest to all new comers who are finding a safe shelter.... Please choose this one.
