There is no food facility
There is R.O but only for show
Owner is polite when you give money but whenever you ask any question the owner start shouting at you they people are pathetic
They said no boys allowed but their servent always roam outside your room anything could be stolen from your room they charge extra for electricity and if you ask them for a bill they said "pagal" to you

They didn't provide food
condition of kitchen is worst there are worms in bed and kitchen also
I don't have enough words to explain the condition nothing is good in this pg nothing
I had my worst experience in this pg
They people are liars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i came to drop my friend it eas totally ok but when i came to pick her up after her time completion, the behavior was worst as i never get from anyone. That was not the right way to deal with your pg girl's local guardians; although many other girls who are still staying there told me the scenario they deal everyday living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I choose this place for my sister and i am more than happy with my decision. The place is so conveniently located in center of the city with all the amenities around. Good rooms with all facilities plus owners are very helpful and caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner mr sarthak is very good he is very coperatble but thier parents are so rude... they even dnt knw how to talk with the girls .. mother of her directly said mental to us.. she has no manners...
2. In the starting they dont tell the actual things... AC Bill's are too expensive .. and the meter is running too fast.
3.washrooms tap are choked.. and thier is fllod when it rains.
4.our food is getting stolen by anyone.. means ur material is not safe in the kitchen .5. Location is good full security... but my advice take ur time to examine the things...
6.dnt be deal with parents plz its humble request they are soo rude.... they blame us for their crockery as it get by stolen by us....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. There is no cook. They will tell you that they have, but for girls staying on top floor, they don't.
2. The bathroom chokes nd flood in rooms & hall. During rains, it is the worst place to live. I will update with a pic here soon. They have pathetic water disposal management. The common kitchen floods in every 5 days. Then the owner shouts at us.
3. Most of the time the owner is polite, but when he is drunk he wont understand a bit of ur problem. Kindly don't deal with them. Deal with the son(Sarthak) instead.
4. They wont let you lock your room. Ever !!!!!!
5. Every day monkeys come in nd take your stuff from kitchen. They eat nd spoil all ur fruits, milk, curd. How they come in? Through the terrace door, which the owner is too lousy to fix.
6. Unknown men sometimes roam the hallway. Upon investigating, we are informed that they are for the maintenance. The house lady/owner never comes along.
7. They charge Rs.12/unit for AC. I know 2 girls who paid Rs.8000 for a month for AC. Their ACs are all obsolete and consume too much power. In fact, the commercialised power rates in that area are Rs. 7.5/unit (Believe me, I asked around when I left).
Ask them their electricity bill to know more.
8. Always get signatures of them while paying your rent. Also, keep a copy of the rent agreement.
Ps- The only good thing about this PG, it has a safe neighbourhood. All thanks to Kailash Hospital !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the best girls hostel in Noida. My sister living here from past few months and find it really suitable according to her needs. The place is safe,secure with big rooms and good storage facility. They provide good and hygiene food. I am happy that my sister living in such a beautiful clean and home like environment.
