★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No power, no water..horses are kept for display is what they said as there is no horse riding..ATV rides are for display and they dont allow you to do so...facilities are pathetic...if you are still planning to visit this, you will come back regretting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't even wanted to give 1 star....this place doesn't deserve any kind of rating.....Apart from the location there is nothing to describe about it...The food is aweful. The breakfast is very limited with only 2 options available..Puri and egg and you are allowed only 3 Puris and 1 egg..Lunch is even worse..For Non-vegiterians you will get 1 chicken curry with 2 pieces and plain rice and For vegiterian you need to manage with few cucumbers...The management is the worst here...if you question any of these you will be threatened.. and There is no kind of event to spend your day...the pool is very unhygienic and dirty....The suggestion don't even think of going to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not give one star to this place "Hasiru Valley" as this place is full of cheaters, they call it as a Resort with village theme. Village theme is true though but it's not a Resort.
No Management - Marketing person will give some description regarding the outing plan including food, activities etc etc.... but on the outing day that Marketing person will not be Available and Reachable for creating chaos, this also helps them in earning some extra money."Hope you guys understood"
Attitude of the people who are managing this place was also inappropriate.
Breakfast and Lunch were inedible, but you can't trust unless and until you have them.
No Activities area other than "Mud Kabadi" "Rain Dance" "they have maid their efforts to make a pool where you can bath, doesn't looks like a swimming pool but yes it was there. The best part was the green water in it which was giving foul smell.
This place is good for poets, where they will see, feel nature, think peacefully and write something.
OR
People who wants only trekking
Hence the moral is if you have so much of time and money to waste you can go ahead with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Place to go. I went for new year 2019. I reached the venue at 12:45 AM. I had booked for 3 couples i.e 6 people, and asked for 4 tents. I go the venue and he (VINOD so called marketing head) gives us 1 tent and asks us to adjust(how can he expect it?). He had also informed us that the food will be available till 1 AM but it was not there near the tent, we had to go near the gate (which is 8 kms away from the tents) and pick it up by our-self in "plates" for 6 people, they did not even have bowls to carry it to the tent as it was more in quantity for 6 of us. We have sleepless night because of 1 tent for 6 people where only 4 adults could fit in.
He was blaming the customer that we reached late so he could not give us tent, so its no use of booking prior or informing prior. For this he did not even give us "Complimentary Break fast OR Lunch" or a refund of one couple stay. He had charged us 2,800 per couple. Its a loot of money.
There is no proper co-ordination between the staff they have a poor communication between the management.
The washrooms are pathetic with no cleanliness there are no housekeeping staff to clean we have to tell them many time to get it done.
They don't even have a washroom for each tent. I will not suggest anyone to go to this pace as it does not have any proper facility.
Even to order food the kitchen person comes after 30 min to take the order and takes 2hrs to prepare and get the order. They do not have Thava ( Frying pan) to prepare a dosa or Chapathi/ Roti if we order it.
The tents are no equipped with anything as sleeping bags or proper pillow and rug.. it had some old pillow and thin sheet to cover not even sleeping bags were provided.
Please do not waste your holiday and money by going to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greedy management team. Don't be a prey, avoid visiting this place. An untidy place that will drive you nuts if you choose to spend a minute there.
Pearl valley (just 6 kms away) better than this place.
Manager - Paul and location incharge kiran are liars. They make you visit the place and switch the tariffs. Beware!!!
