★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recommend this doctor for any problem. He listens to you very patiently before suggesting any medicine. He doesn't come to conclusion before analyzing the patient thoroughly. I have consulted him for Fever , back pain , and other general issues as well. I have been satisfied.

His medication always works, is crisp and only to the requirement.He is quite knowledgeable, very friendly and patient , when you explain your problems, and offers help even over WhatsApp(even during holidays, I mean it) The way he has helped me, my family members, everytime I have knocked upon his clinic(even online), makes me believe, Dr. Niran has his goal set crystal clear i.e "Service to society, is service to God." I mean he lives up to the meaning of the word DOCTOR in its truest spirit.Generally am not the person that reviews, but his dedication and passion to help the society is so pure, I couldn't resist to rate him!! Very few people you meet these days, are so giving ! Dr. you truly are a gem!! Thank you as always !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As said by Carmine Fernandes, I am also not sure about whether Dr Niran has specialization in treating the diabetes.
Besides, after going to Dr Niran for over 5 years, he does not have any personal touch with his patience, does not remember even if the patient is going to them over 5 years. at least the nurse is better who remember the people form their names.
Las time when we had the the online consultation with him, he told us to reach him immediately any time if there are any major changes in sugar or any discomfort.
Yesterday when we called around 9:15 PM, as my wife was under extreme discomfort, with details of high BP and Very low sugar.
His reaction was, I should be calling him within the clinic timings only.
and also told that these vitals are not very alarming to rush to him.
And we should respect his personal timings.
Now you decide whether to go to the Dr. Niran or not.
If a doctor has no memory of the old patients and give higher priority to the personal time then what to expect.
Later we reached another doctor by 10:30 and he consulted and suggested the medications.

Yesterday night all of a sudden my wife was under extreme discomfort, and as you told us to reach you in case of major fluctuation so we reached you.
We are not medically very sound to understand the technical aspects of vitals.
We are coming to you since over 5 years, and never ever given you a single call on odd timings.
We understand that there is personal and professional life for everyone, so now further from here we will not disturb you.

He is calm and listens carefully, also his diagnosis is really good. Also he doesn't not believe in giving high potency meds until required. I have been there for myself, my wife and sister all of us has been satisfied with him. Over all a real good doctor for general ailments.

Listens calmly to every concern and gives effective treatment.His prescriptions are so… easy to understand even small child can read and follow it.
Very reasonable and has only one motive that is to help the patients.
Me and my husband was super surprised to get such a doctor that too in Bangalore which is rare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A doctor's greatness should be measured by how many medications they can take you off of. Not how many medications they can put you on.
this doctor only increases the dosages, adds new experimental drugs to the prescription, complicates diabetes management with new types of insulin which makes no difference rather makes you more sick, when you have some other issues he pushes you to get admitted to hospitals - he has phone numbers of PR officers of these hospitals that he immediately dials and confirms your hospital admission as if the hospitals give him some incentive . HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
