★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic. After having stuck with them for 9 years, I decided to switch to mach1 because they provide much better speeds for a fraction of what hathway charges. I stopped getting internet 2 days before my plan expiry date because I didn't renew this time. I hope you guys run out of business.

Interested i new connection only. Never take connection for longer period otherwise you will keep on calling call Centre

I seriously repent for switching to hathway from Den boomband for few mbps which was any way sufficient. 3 months and all months have some problems. Pathetic customer support, irresponsible serving staff. I asked for refund as after recharge 3 days have passed, made plenty of call, raised query on app but all in vain.They think by calling on phone issues get resolved. I appeal new subscriber to not get trapped in their plans which is nothing but gimmick.
About Hathway services one will be know once some problem arises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am raising this issue after utter disappointing service from your end. Your claims are big but delivery is below par. I raised a complaint exactly 4 days back about my internet not working and since then I am the one who is doing all followup with you guys. You guys didn't even bother to call me and inform if you guys are even addressing the concern. Everytime I call you guys instead of service you guys are offering assurance. Do hell with your assurance. You guys keep closing the request on your end without even resolving the matter.
Really pathetic service and wouldn't advice any of my friends.
