★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely worst service, i will suggest go with another service provider. They do not have value of your time. 5-6 days passed out but still there is no installation, however they promised it will be installed within 2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service after installation service provider not picking up the calls, you have to call at ACT customer service number for everything, service is very poor, internet speed is also not upto the mark in Mohan garden Uttam Nagar area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know where to start but all i can say is this is the worst customer service i have faced.
When you are ready to buy a new connection, prior to the payment, they are always ready for you to answer queries.
But as soon you make the payment, you get to know how they actually are.
There engineers are worst, customer care worst.
After the payment you have no contact with the company.
If you call them they just hung up your call.
Its been around 15 days and the connection is already showing active status but still i am unable to access the internet as there is a password for the router which none of them knows or is ready to tell.
Zero professionalism. I will never suggest someone to get this internet. I am regreting.

Issue. They provide some temporary fix. Although they promise 30days trial period time and promise for entire refund . But Nobody responds when you request for disconnection. Bad internet service and bad customer care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst services. It started facing problem from day 1. Fake promises to get it refunded if fails to provide uninterrupted service within 30 days. Despite complaining for numerous times I said to discontinue and refund after 12 days, they sent technician for 3-4 days again. Problems persisted so got it disconnected on 24th day. Full month was torturous, couldn't use even 5% of FUP data. And they didn't refund.
In their counting 24 days is a month.

In 15 days in got disconnected each alternative days and they literally take 3-4 days to resolve the issue. Worst technician service I have ever seen in my life , worst internet service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New connection, i has slow speed issues, bahut request k baad koi aaya aur kuch kar k gaya but no improvement in speed, kehne ko 150 Mbps hai kewal. Issay better mera normal broadband connection tha. I had referred a friend for a connection when I had taken the connection but no benefits given, the sales guy cheated on me.. i am planning to switch back to my previous service provider.
