★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I would have read these reviews before falling for this trap of worst ever services in the history of Broadband in my area. Such a 1st class worst service and the cherry on the cake is their customer service. Literally they are least bothered about your problem. Half of the time they are sleepy and don't even understand the actual problem. They just keep repeating which you already know. There is no fix for their speed fluctuations, frequent disconntions, agent call hung ups when you try to contact them. Its total waste and similar like paying for salman khan movies. In both situations you will end up losing your hard earned money and you will be full of frustration. I bet if you will continue using their services, you will learn all bad words automatically because imagine, your important meeting is going on and suddenly Tikona disconnects. Not once but 3...4..5 times. I am seriously done with these people now. Sometime I feel like my mbl hotspot is better than this broadband. I have 30 Mbps plan but what I get is, frequent disconntions and all time low bandwidth. GUYS, PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THIS service PROVIDER. TRUST ME, YOU WILL END UP KILLING YOURSELF INTERNALLY AND TORTURING YOURSELF MENTALLY. THEIR SERVICES WILL REMAIN SAME. NO MATTER IF YOU DIE BY JUST DOING TURN ON AND OFF THE DEVICE.
