★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad internet service and bad customer care. Never going to use hathway again. also the customer care executive I spoke to was worst she ended the call by doing formalities when I was still speaking. This is utterly disrespectful and also when the problem is yours. Will make sure to warn friends and family never to use hathway.

At the time of renewal he says there will not be any problem.. but after that their is no proper internet or service from their end... Never ever go for hathway.. just waste of money..

I have done shifting also paid 300 rs shifting charges
Your's wiring staff is careless Not done proper wiring after saying don't put the wire behind AC they done same and after complaining to customer care no one visited to check that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience ever. From last 6 months we are struggling and complaining to hathway about their poor internet service but there is no response. Every day 2-3 times network will be too low and even your meetings wont work that time. Pathetic service...better try another internet service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using Hathway from 30 Jan 2022, before opting for plan they rest assured low downtime rate but to my surprise downtime is everyday for several hours and no one is bothered to fix same. I have raised complaints four time in 4 days but no response . I will definitely switch to some other service provider
