When you pay by card, you get refund by cheque in 30 working days. You don't even get cancellation mail.
Submitted cancellation request on 8th but the customer care says it is registered on 14th.

I recommend not to take service from them they are just full of fake commitment's I paid approx 5k in but they were so poor in response that no one was at my house for installation till 10 days the money I paid , I was not happy as I am doing work from home so i can't tell my office to wait for 10 days as wifi is not installed as I was furious so at 19 July '20 I asked for refund ,guys it's been 48 approx after sending so many mail to them with full details and by also attaching payment slip but didn't got proper response yet I have a proof in writing that you will get refund within 30 days but it's been 48 days and not getting proper response from them ,the person from mira who take care of this franchise from here he is also just giving fake commitment no responsive , please I am still suffering because of them my hard earned money if still stuck with them ,first they took 10 days for installation and for refund it's been 48 days but not got money yet ,I request you all please think twice before taking wifi services from them ,a very pathetic company.

Believe me that the reviews are fake here. If you really want to know the service quality of Tikona, check on playstore as My tikona app... And you'll find genuine review. I had newly shifted to Mira road and fell in this trap looking the review here.
Go for any other broadband but not this. You'll regret, if you chose this.

I had got a call from one of their operative called Krishna Dubey. He said everything would be in place in 2 days. But after two days have been chasing him and he is avoiding the calls and messages.
Tried calling the customer care. A girl named Akanksha put me on hold and cut the call.
Their network engineer was the worst. Didn't pick up neither called back.
Maybe they claim their network is strong, but their service quality is lower than the word poor. Pathetic if I may say.
Krishna Dubey would claim he is the best in the team. He isn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un professional approach and all they need is u r money ...the cable and clip they use for setting up connection is of cheap quality and technician also has no knowledge of setting up new connection..all I got multiple complaint no and no resolution even after taking 60 mbps plan ...Tikona service is pathetic and the people who runs them are cheaters
