Worst loan Department especially people at the Customer executive service desk are really rude and slow. The waiting time is long for customer when complained to the manager she said this is how it is ?cant help ?

Worst experience ever. These people are useless they just keep sending here and there. They are still working in 1990(atleast they were better) . Extremely non professionalism. People are busy on their phones showing photos to their colleagues and talking on phone with their relatives are least bothered about the customers who need help. Branch Manager himself is looking and enjoying. I wasted my 3 hours going to this desk that representative that floor here there everywhere in the bank and still the work was not done. After 2 hours of no assistance the watchman comes and says please go out as you have been for more than 2 hours, like seriously I have interest in doing timepass in the bank. Total useless, unhelpful, non professional level 100,They have absolute no knowledge, I called the customer care team and made them speak to the representative, the customer care team is arguing with the representative that the work can be done in branch and the branch team says call customer care. Both are useless, Still the work is not advised.worst after service ever I experienced in my life. No respect to customers nothing. Many customers went frustrated, they don’t even help the old people.

I was just here to give a closure to my loan account, and I had to wait more then half n hour outside the building for the token and then inside the building for an nother half. It's alot of inconvenience. If they require us to take a token there should be a way to do it online and call the expected time rather then wasting our precious time.
