β β β β β Doesn't deserve 1 star. Visited the branch multiple times to update KYC but they didn't do anything. Wanted to close account or change branch at least but they couldn't help. Wanted to update address and KYC and followed all process but nothing worked.
Never open any online Hdfc account because the digital service is a myth and online account will never be properly active due to KYC issue even if you try to update multiple time.
Now I cannot even change the branch as I am in another state. I have used HDFC services in past but never faced such horrible experience like this one which totally disappointed me. This branch and bank is not recommended at all anymore.

β β β β β HDFC Bank should update timing and calender of holidays yearly or monthly basis on Google.
Today Google showed the banks are open. But the banks are closed today.

β β β β β Worst service ever !!! they don't want to work only.
All they want you to do things at home on internet .
Normal address update will take 12 days or if you open dmat account then it will happen in 2-3 days ?.no facility for instant debit card .
They don't want to update your address they will ask you to update your address on adhar card ,being student now working at organization nobody ever asked me to change my permanent address on aadhar card ?.
Everywhere everyone just wanted current address proof but here they want me to change permanent address on aadhar card useless people.
Going to the branch is just waste of your time
just go to hdfc helpline those people will help you alot .
Useless pathetic service .

I went for debit card allocation as I lost my card but the guy of hdfc told me that u need cancel cheque for immediate physical card and you need to apply online.Tell me if I want to apply online then why I visited the branch.The guy also told me if you open demat act then I will dispatch your card within 3 days else it will take 10 days.Also for adreesd update or kyc update it will take 10 days for correction.Really pathetic man.I am frustated now and don't have debit card now for use

β β β β β Why you people send the cheque book with blue dart...Many times it's not received...Blue dart is blaming to bank... And bank people also not responding welll. To resolve this...
Bluedart want the mail from bank to receive it on their office... Bank people are not ready to do this...
It's vey irritating...

β β β β β Filled with newbies with no knowledge about banking and customer handling, full of rogue elements. The lady at the left of the entrance thinks she is above God because sheβs the only one who attends to customers which they should be ashamed of. There was a queue of 8 people, and she was checking her mobile in the middle of all this. Worst experience. Took 40 minutes to change email address for my account.
Went to ICICI, got the same job done within 7 minutes. Kudos to ICICI!

β β β β β There's no option to give zero star or minus rating.
I don't know whether HDFC doesn't train employees on how to service clients, close service request.
I had submitted and done some formalities as there was some problem in cheque clearing ,Had done all required formalities 3-4 months back,after 3-4 months when I issued cheque the cheque clearing was again rejected and when visited branch again the representative without checking the issue told me that she will do the formalities,when I told her that it's already done 3-4 months back she said no idea and when I insisted that I want to know when I had already done formalities 3-4 months back she said backend will only be able to tell she has no idea.
So i should understand that HDFC has kept offices open to tell that backend is responsible for all the task and the people sitting in branch are not responsible for any task and don't have ownership of completing any task.
In summary HDFC Representative or HDFC doesn't has process to fix the cheque clearing issues in 3-4 months.
