Further, I am told as there is no sales executive attched to my file, I have to do all running around. Hope I get some support and can close the issues soon .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had applied for home loan on March 2021 and no disbursement done till August.during several follow ups at every calls there unknowledgeable assistant don’t have any idea and she spread fake news all time. As this issue from bank side only there will be huge delays and builder pressure for desbustment I proceed to quit the process and visit hdfc wakad.literally they don’t care of there customer.they simply said no refund possible and do not disturb us...also they taking huge amount of processing fees as compared to another bank.very worst experiences during home loan process please do not go through this bank.
if the loan is not processed then also someone holding our money is it like as an froad case ?

Your queries are resolved within a very short span of time. I am glad that I have chosen HDFC for my home loan. I am very happy with the services. All the best and keep it up.

Be prepared to collect a token, leave and come back after 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Once processing fees and documents collected, they will start bothering you at each phase of disbursements. Even we're paying high just for getting better service but HDFC is making fun of this.
Worst customer relationship experience. They will never provide any direct line. Response time for email is 48 hours and it will not resolve your query instead it gets more confused with each email.
Thank you HDFC for worst service ever.
