★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and not well informed staff. Do not fall for the sweet things they say when they want you to open the account, no one will help you when you need. Not sure if its HDFC bank everywhere or just this branch but highly disappointed.
I was contacted by HDFC but the email id provided bounces back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. Untrained staff. An executive at the branch-Roopam Kumari called me about collection of my card from the branch post normal bank timings. On reaching the bank within 10 minutes, she said she was not aware and we are closed for the day. We drove 5-6 kms to reach there upon her confirmation and even her seniors didn't allow her to hand over the card.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sone staff of this branch is very pathetic specially one who use to seat at reception that Ma’am never use to give answer , the thing is from last 1week the printer is not working and they are saying again and again the technician will come from Delhi or Mumbai and then only will give you statement
For this simple issue they are like vaha se koi ayega tab hi hoga so it’s not our problem you are there to help us so please be sensible and help the customer
By the way only some are like this and other are very polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly irresponsible employees. Even don't attend phone. Mr. Anshul Soni an employee has taken so many documents for loan but has not turned back nor taking phone calls and neither returned documents. This kind of matters leads to fraud and misuse of documents of general public.
