★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using an hdfc credit card issued from this bank. They never bothered to inform me that they charge Rs500 fee every time you withdraw at an ATM. This is an unnecessary fee. There customer care system is extremely difficult to contact. Customer service is dead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good HDFC branch, it is not exactly in the Shankar Nagar . Over all it gives very new and fresh vibe . Employee are very helpful they will push you to take a account in their bank and if you already have account than they as you for investment, most of the time you will get the parking over here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been more than a month since I applied for name change. No response from the executive who gave his number. If you don't have a solution as a Bank, SAY SO. I will find other solutions because clearly you don't have any. What's the point of keeping account holders hanging? Will file a complaint to RBI as well.

They are so lazy, callous and irresponsible and have zero concern for customer care.
To activate my dormant account, they have been hounding me for a month.
For a simple re-kyc, I have been called to the branch umpteen times.
Their service is terrible, utterly unprofessional, and awful.
The entire staff is indifferent to the customer's needs or their complaints or sufferings.
DOES IT TAKE A MONTH TO ACTIVATE A DORMANT ACCOUNT???
Please do not open an account in this bank.
Not only this branch...entire bank is hopelessly useless!
