★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch on 25th March, 2021. Mrs. Champa Parmarkar (then counter number 6) facilitated my account closure request, and we wrapped up our business within 15 minutes. I had a first class experience.

Inspite of Bank opening at 10, the cash in transaction is not done.
Limited Cash withdrawal capacity.
Only 50% staff wearing mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic service. Public banks and government banks are better than the service these guys are providing. Just for opening a current account it has taken a month and still process is incomplete. As a business owner should i be following up with them for this or handle my business!
I am a preferred customer of the bank but I got to know my RM after 2 years and he never answers the call.

I opened an HDFC Bank account at CG Road, Chembur, about 3 weeks back. The account is not operational as yet, because my KYC details have not been upload, inspite of one Mr Digambar Patil from the branch having visited my house to take the details. He assured me that all the details would be uploaded. And that all will be operational in 3-4 days working time.
Before this, I had also filled in an online application for the same having given all my details there as well. Lead no 371403808. Then I was told that the backend had rejected my application inspite of having issued me a bank account number in which I had already deposited money.
Then Mr Patil came to my house for all the details.Even now I can't operate the account, because the KYC details from the branch's end have not been updated. It is simply frustrating. If the experience while opening an account has been so bad. I dread to think what lies ahead!
Now this same Digambar Patil is responding to my calls with messages that say - I am busy in a meeting, will call you later. Throughly unprofessional. Don't know how the manager of this branch is staying on top of things or is he just like the rest.
Can anyone help me with this bank manager's name?

I wanted specially Thank you Mr. Deepak who himself ask for help and helped me to submit my KYC for my new account.
Though the conern person seating at reception she sended to other person who directly delayed to help me
Than this gentleman Deepak himself come and help me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a worst branch i have ever seen before.there was only one helping desk .they took almost 1 hour to listen my problem and they took much time to do kyc almost 45 days and on the other hand i still didn't get my debite card almost 5 month ago.and there was no one which helps you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hdfc bank branch near cubic mall, such worst branch never seen, they will call you number of times to the branch, giving reasons our biomatric machine not working, IT server down, we will check. They made me visit in brach so many times just to open a normal account. I will advise not to open the account in that branch.
