Not bad, but the worst bank/service i have seen till now. the worst. Specially the staff are all over smart and not even bother to answer our calls and emails and don't revert as well. staffs are inefficient to clear our queries. dear kotak bank kindly look into this

Dire misery to be at this location , The branch is unaware at anytime what the system process is . Unavailable to most clients at the occasion. Requires immense follow up and worse doesent seem to come to an end ,they come up with irrational excuses for a simple task allocated. The process is an absolute myth. So if u ever leave this bank with the hope of the task getting done , youre in for some misconceptions. Time wasted and effort washed. Apathy !

Bank employee act very understanding nd helpful as soon as you open account this employee don't even reply to your mail or messages . Bank employee should be trained by the Kotak Mahindra Bank HO about the services nd customer support . The staff have very less knowledge about banking system. If any person mails or messages the bank then the bank doesn't reply them back for weeks .

A very very bad experience banking with Kotak ! At the first place their customer care is to the level of municipal corporation , I guess even that wud be better !!! A 3rd class bank with absolutely no quality services being provided by the bank !!! At the time of opening the accounts , the executives attending you make u feel like a king , for a while & once it's operational u r downgraded to lower than a slave !!!

This branch is worst in term of Banking and encouragement for fraud and fraudulent staff. For sake of target they can do anything. I had very bad experience in this branch as without my consent new account are open and my signature are pasted by employees without customer consent and truly surprise that senior are least bother for making this unlawful activities. I m in confusion that is our wealth safe in this branch. Senior are busy in their work and do not have courtesy to call and inform client about their issues. Worst and horrible people are working in this branch Would like to log criminal complain against kotak Mahindra Bank CG Road Chembur Branch

You need to upgrade ur system. One week I m coming to get my pass book update. Every time I come staff says system is not working . Not in lockdown but as it is ur staff takes lot of time to do any work. Some of the new staff feels they are superior so they talk with attitude. She always says we r also sitting ideal as system is not working. Always ur bank has problem in ur system so better update Or don't open excess accounts

They don't follow queue .... If a naive and rule follower person is quitefully standing in the line than that will be of no use if a person comes hanging like in a garden he will get his work done βœ… Magic right

The bank has all the services and products that kotak provides including NRI services. The location is very prime and you cannot miss it. There is usually a limited crowd in the bank with customers coming from nearby residencies however in the recent years since construction in nearby areas has increased more contractors and their labours frequent this branch because of which the staff I think as always agitated and frustrated. They work on minimal customer centricity which is leading to a very poor customer experience. Once you enter the bank you can pretty much get the sense that they don’t care about the customers. The front staff and the backend staff don’t work in tandem. And the targets to achieve for the staff members is visibly seen on their faces.
