Becoming worst branch, bad service, staff only speaks sweetly when they want to open new accounts after that nothing. Recently open current account very bad experience.

Busiest Branch in the area. It has smaller area than Customer base they've. Still they're very good in attending each and every customer. Very cooperative and quick in revolving banking related customer issues.

I have given one RTGS in the morning today and also requested the concerned person that its v urgent so pls do it as fast as possible ... now almost 2 hours gone and there is no number of branch anywhere in google where i can contact the branch

We and my family has multiple accounts in the bank. 3 months (in November) back, I have applied for my name change in the account , and inclusion of my husband's name, but still the work is not done. I only have to keep on following up with the staff. It's just one week work , but they are taking sooo long. Worst ever ever experience.

Customer service is extremely bad here. They are always clueless. Got no solution for my fastag, they provided me with an email id for complaint instead of solving it there and that too wrong email. Don't ask for any specific complaint if you have brains understand that the real issue is taking ownership and getting the customer concerns solved. Hire people who really understand customer service.

I had applied for new huf savings account on 8th June 2021 and personal saving account but till today just recieved account without internet banking and without third party transfer. Staff are totaly clueless and keep on blaming each other for delay but above all i have to suffer Pathetic

Terrible service. Junior staff lacks knowledge about procedures. The senior staff is not bothered unless you shout and create some drama. Lack of coordination between staff members. It's a total chaos. Now, I dread going to this branch because yesterday I was so upset due to their incompetence that my BP actually shot up, and had to come home and take a medicine to bring it under control. Even BMC and Government offices function better. Extremely disgusted and disappointed.

Hi Team, I am not sure how much seriousness is associated with improving and handling customer queries. I have visited branch to address my concern over account been lock and to unblock I have given application it's been 5 days now I am checking with bank personnel visited bank twice but of no help I have been told its in process will resolve soon. I have requested to do needful ASAP as it's been saving account and most of my transaction happen through this account like paying bills, fees... Etc how I can do when it's been lock. Please take it very seriously. Hoping to see improvement after all if customer satisfaction should be your top priority. Thanks, Sachin Pore
