★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, we visited the branch regarding our credit card which was delayed for more than 1month having such poor service from HDFC was not expected. The situation was worse when the manager at the branch (Kapil) was so rude. I don't think this is the service we expect as privileged customers. Simply disgusting.
