My self Mahesh Kumar have a Saving account with your branch, and trying to get some facilities like ATM PIN, Net Banking, Mobile Banking from last 1 year.
but no one is bother about it.
many time I request for this, and made all the formalities, i.e filling of form etc. etc
My humble request is please look into the matter

β β β β β I have visited this bank branch several times over the past few months. Staff is supportive. There is a perpetual problem with their system. We were unable to get passbooks updated over many months. Waited for issuing cheque book, only to be told, system down, please come later. Yesterday, we could not encash cheque due to system down.
