A bunch of cheats sitting in the office and hiding behind the garb of lockdown when they had to process the claim. They start the process whenever they want and close the claim without intimating the client whenever they want. First be harrased by the police for stolen vehicle documents and then be harrased by goons of the insurance company. Only the common man is made to suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most fraudulent company, employees with bad attitude, call centres avoiding calls, not processing claims for 3 months and more. Have to use portability to move policy to another company. And file consumer case against them for non payment of claim and unreasonable demands. Even our agent happened to not take our calls with don't care attitude. When visited their premises the officer was rude, didn't care and asked us to leave when we asked him pointed questions.

In such a big office they have only one customer executive who look after multiple customers
We live in metropolitan city and here people plan everything for getting it out and this people made me wait for 3 hours straight just to renewal it policy.
No personal Relationship manager assign
Walk in customers has no token number
Customers are just randomly going in
Worst service
If this is the kind of service they provide
Dont forget they are multiple companies who are starving for customers

Also no giving access to their HDFC Ergo site tlike other Insurance companies for doing our work. HORRIBLE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone is planning to go for Hdfc ergo insurance policy never make this mistake !!!!. I had pathetic experience. Myself a genuine customer who had after my theft of vehicle had applied for motor vehicle claim immediately within 24 hours of the theft incidence . I waited for 6 months after submitting all required documents, police records, FIr, keys, court certified untracked report, All what is desired. One sudden day you receive a rejection letter from claims department stationg the keys submitted lookes unused. Highly disappointed and shattered how can hdfc ergo claim department does this. Actually person named Mr. Keval purav is untrained and misguided genuine customers like me. They customer care will only say over a call madam claim department mai koi hai nahi i and disconnect calls.
