★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to your SB road , pune store. The decor was inviting, the product had long range, cleaniness was spot less, display of items was eye catching. The most important assets you have is trained and very friendly staff. One guy siddharth was thorough with product range and so convincing that not only he sold me lot of items for my cannie but also suggested few of the item which even i was unaware about.Ms vashisht and a sweet soul awon were dot on the line of business. After long time i met such professional people in any store. Thanks for wonderful experience. God bless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love going to the store! The team are sweet and understanding. Siddharth, Vishishta, Awon and the staff are considerate. They provide or recommend what you should feed your babies, toys that will keep them engaged and yet safe and even training tips. Must checkout is the ice ball. My husky baby loves it. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg! This is like the happiest store! Vish and Siddharth are the cutest people ever! They were super enthusiastic and so very well informed!! The conversation with these 2 was SO amazing that I totally didn't want to leave! I spent a lot more $$ than I intended to but I totally do not regret it! <3 :P My Lulu loved every single item! I am super happy! Can't wait to visit the store and meet them again!! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ON POINT!!!!!!!!! Great place, even though it's a tad expensive for a student! Regardless Awon and Sid were totally awesome in making sure I leave the store happy, fulfilled and happy knowing there is someone who cares for my puppy more than I can! One instance was that I was adamant picking up a shampoo for my 1 month old puppy and Sid said it's too small for me to bathe him. Ended up taking the wipes and he was right! It also smells so gooooood! Will definitely be visiting again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHAT DISCOUNTS!! I was astonished with all the discounts being given on their birthday and it was the best thing ever!!!!!! I bought a toy and some treats and even a shirt for my dog!!! Fits him so well, i am just going gaga over how lucky i got to get the perfect sized shirt!! Looks so cute in that, my heart just melted!!! Definitely coming back again :))))))

It is also strategically placed so one cannot miss the store. The staff at the store.. Young enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products and extremely cordial.. Vishista, Avon and Siddharth showed us products and also gave us great suggestions for our 2 pets. The team is truly great to interact with and keeps you interested in the products and service's through their conversation. A MUST visit the store and do meet up Avon, Vishista and Siddharth. Wish pets were allowed in the store.

Here's me, Kruttika Wagh sharing my experience with 'Heads up for tails". I have always been awe-spired by the spectrum of products they offer for cats and dogs from raincoats to tees to scarves to toys and also some delectable goodies and skin-hair products.
Recently, I went shopping at one of their outlets in PVR Pavilion mall.
The staff that attended me were very polite and positive. They knew exactly what I was looking for and guided me through my purchase. I purchased a lovely scarf for my pet brother Tojo. The very kind lady attending to me gave me the exact size of scarf just by looking at the photo of my pet brother.
Thank you so much 'Head's up for tails' for making Tojo look so gorgeous on his birthday!!
