And when it comes to health we all should be much aware about what we consume and use . Approach towards customer is really poor .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Rude and unconcerned staff. I had gone to take medicines for my infant. The medicine had a different look and feel this time, so I was a bit concerned if it is the same one, as I was taking it for my infant and did not want the condition to get worse. So i asked him that its looking different. He said madam pehle dabbe k andar aata tha. I asked its not just the dabba, but the color and stuff has also changed on the bottle. No replies. He completely ignored me. Then my husband went to ask the same thing, he completely ignored him as well. Then my husband put his face forward right in front of him, very close to his face, asking main dikhai de raha hoon kya. Still no replies, simple ignorance continued. This is so rude. When we are taking medicine for our kids, and it looks different than the one we usually buy, it is normal to get concerned. Normally when we goto other medical stores, they take care of such concerns. Infact many people trust medical store people so much that they even ask them for medicine suggestions when there is no time or money to visit doctors. And if medicine store people start behaving this way, it is really sad. Its a threat to buy medicines from them if they are not ready to solve our doubts. And so much of rudeness and insult. I am never gonna visit this store ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Staff. Very friendly people. The counters are very well organized too. They give FLAT 10% OFF on all Medicines, which is why I prefer them over online pharmacies. Also, they deliver medicines at home FREE of cost.
On Kunal Icon road, I think it is the best medical store.
