★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Health etc has Very poor health system.you will never get your reports on time...every time they have different excuses.When you try to call to help line numbers they will never answer your phone.....I had very bad experience with Health etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Behavior Of One Lady Receptionist On 1st Floor..And There is a doctor(Sudhir Kumar neuro specialist)who does not come to see the patient at the right time..They appointed me at 3 o'clock but he did not come at 5:30 o'clock. When I told the receptionist,,She told me that if you want to complain somewhere, do it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go there for testing.no punctuality for report timing,very high cost. Suggesting the viewer to go to govt medical college for blood testing,at least its free there and testing quality is very good,and reporting time is fixed.now its your choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never book RTP CR test from them. It has been more than 4 days they never gave my test reports. Don't waste your money and precious time. They will never pickup your phone and keep you in lurch

Every time it is ringing continuously, If you are in a private sector service specially related to heath care you should be more professional about these small things. All the other reputed diagnostic centers used to pickup the call in a couple of ring, as I have seen them. But here If we have any queries on reports or appointment we are unable reach you every time at entire day, then what is the significance to keep that contact number where your reception staffs always behave like hopeless govt employees?? Very poor service. Really disappointed as a regular customer.
