No sale and service.
You guys are not manner how to talk to customers you just sale. After that we suffered for bike problems.
I have just purchased bike 15days back problem are started. Bike charger - load capacity, battery is issues etc.
Plz don’t purchase this bike here and service is worthless.

And again went to mackanik he told tyre reem is not well you go company

Mr.Kumawat who is the electric mechanic went out of the way, assembled / brought the electric socket for me so that i can charge my scooter from third floor of my building. I will certainly recommend this center to everyone !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have purchased hero electric photon on date 23.11.2021. from dealer name om Shri Mahalaxmi Nirman Nagar , Ajmer Road, Jaipur. When i purchased vehicle they say us that government subsidy receive in just 2 months but now they reject our calls ...and say they don't know when will we get subsidy...they are keep rejecting our calls and give false date
Dealer Behaviour and staff behaviour is very rude. they are abusing on calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Electric Product but there is major fault in the Display. Bars for showing charge remain in battery is useless. Full Bars may be shown even if battery has minimum charge. You have to note reading before driving otherwise at midway you may face problem as battery get fully discharged.

I am recommending to purchase electric vehicle from this shop only if you are in Jaipur. Don't go for other electric two wheeler brand. Hero is best. They are always with you after you purchase the vehicle
