★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer since 5 years, it was working very well.
Past 15 days this issue of inconsistent internet connection came up, visited their office, checked both routers using their ISP connection, still the issue was same. Prior to this, have contacted them multiple times and they assured that the problem is solved. I feel now it's not possible from their end to solve the issue and I can't loose my job coz of unstable internet connection.
When checked technically, I got 42% packet loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to check connectivity now I have 3 phone numbers if you call someone they will give you another number to call, it's Like SBI of broadband, need dedicated team in each branch to handle enquiry or atleast put phone number of each branch on website, now I am giving up and going for another ISP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below 1 star but there is no option of 0 star. Worst service. Asked for connection shifting on 6th feb 2021 still no response. Never ever install Hi5 broadband go for GPTL they have best plans and service also.
