They have improved since I last posted the review. Packet loss have gone down, ping is fixed (more or less). The disconnection issue is still there since, if there is a power cut in previous building that the cable goes to, you'll face disconnections. But now they are at least replying about the other issues and actually looking into it.
Old Review:
Worst ISP. These guys don't even know basics of internet (like packet loss, ping etc.). Worst uptime and whenever we report disconnection they just say "we'll look into it" or they will just read the mesaage and leave it at that, and the next day same problems occur. I had an issue where the internet disconnected after few mins for few seconds and they said it is router's fault, but when they tested with their own router the same issue occured. They didn't believe me and asked their parent isp then and then only they accepted that it was connectivity issue. I tried to be patient but same problems kept happening, I guess they don't know anything they are doing.
