My plan was going to end on 7th June so I called customer care on 7th June that I don't want to continue and please close the subscription. But they told me that your plan is already activated. I asked him how it had activated because I received message that your current subscription is valid till 7th June and I am requesting you on that day that close my subscription. They said that new billing will be generated on 7th. After arguing with them they said me that once call disconnect the net and do not use further we will not charge you. So I disconnected my net immediately. After 4days they again called me that your bill is generated and you have to pay for the current month.I told him that I will not pay for this because as per the discussion with your team I have disconnected my net so I have not used this service since 4days which is wasted and your customer service representative already told me that disconnect the net immediately once the call end then why should I pay for this. Again after 8 days they called me that you need to pay 194 rs. As your request is closed today. I was wondering I submitted this request on 7th which was last date of my previous subscription and you are closing my account on 15th so I am not going to pay. So they said that it will take 7-15 days. I am confuse which software they are using because after clicking on cancel button it took them 7-15 days to cancel subscription because I know they are not doing any paperwork to save record. Also there is no option to close this subscription at our for this you need to call customer service representative that close my subscription.

Please don't use this broadband service. My wifi service is closed from last 5 days; I lodged complaint on 'my tikona app'; but no one responded yet; after 5 days tikona provided me service engineer number but this number is out of service.
I am going to discontinue Tikona Brodband and would request to everybody don't ever think about tikona if you are looking for brodband service.
