★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i purchased "Isle Locada By Hidesign Women's Sling Bag (Blue)" purse from your shop and i paid 3500 but today it sale with 1778 price in amazon. My girlfriend think " i am liar".i will never purchase anything from your shop .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating and review is for the store and not Hidesign chain or brand. Its a decent store, Best Hidesign store in Gujarat and probably only one in Gujarat. Has decent collection. If you can't find something, you might want to check Shopper's Stop in same mall. But anything bought from SS has 5 year warranty whereas stuff bought from store has 10 year warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an Indian bag store that specialises in leather and has a collection for both men and women. You can choose your leather, the hooks /belts for your handbag, the shape you desire for your bag and the colour of leather . They have wide range of handbags, slingbags, wallets, bucket and tote bags, laptop bags, backpacks and belts. The collection is good and they are running good offers currently. Shop for 7000 and above and get a sling bag absolutely free.
The only reason behind a 3 star rating for this store is their salesman and the person who makes bill. He was too slow and didn't know well about the current offer and the stock they have in their store. He gave weird reasons for not being able to generate the bills on time. e.g. Bill machine is not charged, network connectivity issue .
Hence , I had to wait for more than half an hour for the bill and we were only 3 people in a queue. After a wait of 40 minutes , I ended up with a manual bill wherein you get a message from the store about the product details on your phone number.
With a little improvement in their customer service they can attract customers..
