Everything here is great except one thing..I guess management forgot to make sure that newly built block of terraces has access to most basic and most imp facility and that is wifi.
It's been more than 10 days but still neither airtel nor jio including local service providers are coming here to provide wifi.they are simply saying that this is not feasible area.please look into this .without wifi this flat has no meaning .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers Beware...notwithstanding the show bizz and promises made during selling ,there are many issues to be taken care by the builder.Besides regular demonstration by the residents on n number if issues, inter alia,there is no parking space in Highland Park Zirakpur . Get a defined parking space b4 entering into an agreement. The project is completed and the management is bent upon closing the sales ASAP. They are devoid of acumen for long term business relationship. Once you buy a flat, HLP will turn a blind eye to your calls and forget you. They don't deliver what they promise. Be cautious b4 spending your hard earned MONEY .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have to live in Highland park, you can live peacefully only if you don't have any car as society doesnot have minimum parking requirement even. Builder has cheated residents by wrong commitment and assurance. Builder is not trust worthy, management of society is not cooperative, maintenance staffs are like CEOs and some of the staffs drink in duty time too. Hence would request everyone not to buy flats if you don't get firm commitment. Have review with people residing here for actual status of livelihood .

All reviews are of brokers and builder staff they are doing lots of marketing to sell the projects
They will start with 80 85 90 lakhs they will sell u even u offer 60 because they want trap u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed after Buy a flat here in Highland Park High-rise, I paid 5% extra PLC for the better corner view and now in the same place Parking is coming which was not mentioned at the time of selling, taking about the other areas of Parking in one Tower there are 34+ flats but parking at Stilt is only around 10 and rest will need to park outside without shed.. This is really big drop back of the society by the Builder.. A kids can't ride cycles now as there is no enough space.
Please see these before buying a property or visit one of the flat and meet a person one on one and then make a decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst construction quality provided by Highland Park. Cracks are on all the walls including ceiling. Nothing is good here except green area.
Parking area surface is not well planned and no proper water drainage for rain water ... Lot of holes are available in parking area so when raining then water contained for 5-7 days. And maintenance team give excuses. Please find attached cracks and parking area poor quality.
Very Disappointed ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is great but the only concern is the builder is not providing enough security for the society. There have been multiple instances of security lapses and burglary in the apartments. Which has been great concern for the residents and builder has been incompetent in resolving that apart from it there are other concerns like cracks in the walls, which is never ending problem and the water quality remains poor.
