★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice before buying a property in this Society and investing your hard earned money. Take a good look before buying as you will be facing problems like no water supply at days, no electricity due to power cuts, no Power Backup, no parks, no security, lack of interest by the builder.
There is erratic availability of basic amenities like water and electricity. The water supply is controlled by the builder and is not proper.
There is no club house or properly maintained parks. There is no representation or membership of society for the house owners. It is also not a gated society and there is no security at entrance.
The Vehicle Parking facilities are not proper and there are narrow lanes in Residential House Area. Adding to that, some people have built gardens in the parking area, while they park Cars in middle of the road, blocking the access of other households.
Do take a good look in the society at holidays, Sundays or at Night Time, when all the vehicles are parked haphazardly. This will give you a good look at Parking Mismanagement as most of the households have one or more vehicles and parking space is of one vehicle, that too is occupied by gardens at many places.
