★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Horrible one. Highly suggested to all to not book through this travels. Worst ever travel services I meet with. Their regular excuse for delay is some technical issues with bus. 07:30 p.m. is the time from Varanasi but You have to wait till 11:30 p.m. atleast. No T.V. no charging point not a proper cleaning.

1-Air conditioners not working
2-it was a private bus but still was used as a public transport giving lift to non booked passengers for extra money.
3-even the cabin lights were not working
4-staff was not at all polite.
5 bus was completely unhygienic.
