★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A best option to stay with family... Don't know why ppl are spreading rumors for water supply... 24*7 water supply is there, well maintained amenities are there, ppl from the society is also very helpful.
One of the best option in Wagholi to buy property and for investment as well .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice society but all renters who are genuinely looking for a place please don’t visit here as some flat owners , are duping people for deposit and keeping their hard earned money with them and not returning them saying it’s light bill where actually there was no light bill given , or other issues . Many of my friends who stayed here has been duped in same manner and not returning their deposit money who comes from Chennai or outer state so please all beware of these nice masked cheaters. Also washrooms are small in 1bhk that if you’re healthy and of good height then it’s a hard time so don’t waste money and come in trap of honeycomb looking area as everything that shines is not gold . Avinash Lad his name and works as hr cheater he is ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good project by Goel Ganga Developments, flats sizes are alos very nice and the paln is so good.
Location is a good balance or nature and city culture.
Progress is fantabulous.
A fabulous experience with team goel ganga ( spacial thanks to Mr. Akshay Sable)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is good with no water shortage unlike other places in Wagholi. Only problem is entrance area is not so safe and not well built. It's pet friendly so you may find many owners with their pets and you can encounter some in the lift too :)
It's quiet to the inner side from Kesanand Phata road so doesn't feel protected for females at night.
Rest all good with Guardian. They are constructing Mount Litera school also here now.

All the basic facilities like market, school, bank, hospitals and ATM are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.
