★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a new frame from this shop,I am really satisfied with the glass as well as the frame, although I have not used it regularly,but I am happy with the purchase. their representatives were really professional and kept their patience until I chose my frame, checked my eye power without any charge, the price of the frame and glass is on the higher side, but i think you will not regret it.also they offer free servicing of the glass.thats added bonus I guess. Hope Himalaya opticals ,Nagerbazar will remain consistent in their customer service in the future as well.keep doing the good work guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service with super helpful staffs. Even post sale service is also very good. Even if your old spectacle is damaged or little defective, instead of forcing you to take a new one, they'll try to repair the old ones. World definitely recommend as price is also very reasonable.

Service: Amazing. Staffs (special kudos to Sourav) are very polite and helpful. Even I reached almost at the closing time, they showed me their collection very patiently.
Collection: Very nice.
Overall : Worth the visit.
P. S. : They gave me complementary eye check up which worth ₹250 otherwise.
