★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Nayan Kalita is a cheat and an unreliable person along with his associates. He has promised a cashback but has never paid. It has been one year that I am following up with him. He mentioned to me if i keep on asking he will not even pay me. This is case of publicly cheating. Also they will only go with you to the builder office do nothing take 4% commission and obviously builder will charge you. All of there 5 star reviews are fake as they are Mr. Nayan's employees.
It’s been more than a year now that Nayan has not paid the money. It is highly unprofessional attitude. Please do not make any deal with him.

The representative showed me multiple sites as per my requirements. I would definitely recommend “HindustanHomes” to anyone looking out for a collaborative experience to buy a new place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even like to give 1 star to this company but the option is not available. I purchased a 2bhk flat through Hindustan homes in Bren Edgewaters Apt , Kasavanahlli. The Director of of this company Nayan promised to pay us 30K cash back for purchasing flat through his company at the time of finalizing the deal (through an email confirmation) which stated to receive cash back within 45 days of registration.This was back in September 2019 but till date cash back committed by them is not received . On following up with his appointed agent Rakesh ,he stopped picking up our phone calls. On calling directly to Nayan he kept saying that he is not receiving the money from Bren and will do the needful in 15 days but that 15 days also never came. No value for words or commitment to say the least.
